What do you mean by Practical training and educational exercises?
We train and educate your employees through practical functional exercises. This has multiple benefits including increased memory retention and muscle memory retention. This type of training is also done through workshops and is a proven method that will serve to enhance your resilience.
Won’t this type of training be disruptive to our workforce and the business?
In short, no it will not be disruptive. Initially we will work with small teams to develop the final program. Once in place teams will go through the training program together at least once per year
